Animal food is specially formulated to provide the necessary protein, fat, carbohydrates, and other substances for specific breeds of animals.

A key step in pet food production is to prepare intermediate products by mixing various powders, ground solids, and other dry ingredients together, sometimes with small amounts of liquid ingredients added.

Our blender products are widely used as intermediate products in the preparation of pet food formulas, suitable for various shapes such as flakes, blocks, soft particles, and biscuits. Load the pre weighed dry material into the mixer and slowly raise it to the maximum or other required speed to adapt to the properties of the product itself. Some of the moisturizing ingredients, including liquid spices, various oils, and vitamins, can be added to the mixture. This step can be carried out synchronously during the stirring of solid materials, further promoting uniform mixing and preventing unnecessary agglomeration formation.

Our mixers are typically used to mix liquid intermediates for wet pet food. Sample applications include sauces, jellies, cereal powders, puree, and seasonings.
